Shipping, returns and exchanges

SHIPPING POLICY - QUEBEC AND CANADA

We offer free shipping without minimum for all deliveries on the Island of Montreal. 

For deliveries off Montreal island, elsewhere in Quebec and throughout the rest of Canada, we offer free shipping on orders over 100$ (before tax). Shipping fees of 9$ (+ taxes) will be applied on orders of less than 100$ (before tax).

Orders are processed and expedited within a delay of 1-4 working days. If your order is urgent, please contact us and we will do our best to process it quickly. If you have not received your order after 10 days, please contact us so we can follow up promptly ([email protected]).

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please take time to verify that the billing and delivery address is correct, as we are not responsible for typing mistakes.

 

SHIPPING OUTSIDE CANADA

Our fixed shipping rate does NOT apply to shipments outside Canada. Shipping costs for delivery outside Canada are calculated on a case by case basis. Please contact us to know what will be the shipping costs for your order if you are outside Canada ([email protected]).

 

RETURNING PURCHASES MADE ONLINE 

If you wish to return an item bought on our online store, please contact us first so we can authorize the return ([email protected]).

Any return must be made within a delay of 7 working days from the date you received your order. Shipping costs for returns are the responsability of the Client. Articles must be returned in their original packaging and with all labels, and should not be stained, damaged or have been worn. Items should be free of pet hairs, food, cigarette or canabis odour. A reimbursement will be offered for returns respecting these conditions. We are not responsible for items returned to the wrong address or for lost packages.

Underwear, skin care products and items bought on sale online cannot be returned. 

Gift cards are non refundable. 

Reimbursements will be made using the same payment method with which the original purchase was made. 

It is possible to return items in store with your original receipt.

Full-priced items bought in store

A full-priced item bought in store can be returned for reimbursement within 7 working days of the original purchase date, with the original receipt. An exchange or credit note can be obtained within 30 days of the original purchase date, with the original receipt. 

Articles must be returned in their original packaging and with all labels, and should not be stained, damaged or have been worn. Items should be free of pet hairs, food, cigarette or canabis odour. A reimbursement will be offered for returns respecting these conditions. We are not responsible for items returned to the wrong address or for lost packages.
